He has represented parties in cases involving mass torts, including successfully litigating a potential multi-billion dollar insurance coverage action for a mutual insurer over claims arising from the flooding of New Orleans. J.R. also has experience in construction disputes, commercial mortgage disputes, and fee disputes between technology companies and investment banks.
